Joe is a Certified Green Building Professional and member of Build It Green. While all of our properties are not model green homes, they all feature some green sustainable elements. We are sustainability experts and we try to make each of our properties more sustainable each year. Many of our properties have been remodeled utilizing state-of-the-art green building standards and techniques. Waste was minimized, while re-use and recycling was emphasized.
